Meet with company Human Resource representatives, the future expatriate or potential foreign
investor in order to determine the best possible legal options available and explain the required
administrative process.
Prepare the application file and submit it to the proper government administration office.
Diligently follow-up throughout the entire application process with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
the French Consulate and other government administration offices.
Accompany the expatriate to the Prefecture government office (generally one visit is sufficient).
